It all started when…

Dana discovered the nerdy side of wine in culinary school.

As the daughter of immigrants, wine was a natural part of her life. A bottle was routinely on the table, like a basket of good bread and her Nonna’s cruet of olive oil. It was never accompanied by fuss or fancy words, it simply was part of any family meal.

Dana already knew good food and good wine belong together, but school showed her that wine is a subject she can be a student of forever.

Many certifications later, Dana now shares her passion for wine as an educator and storyteller around tables across the world.
